Christina Young is a compassionate, loving, young-spirited coach, with a passion for assisting people to find their true self by letting go of any negative emotions from past painful or challenging events in their life. Having experienced sexual, physical, emotional abuse; bulimia and infidelity in her own life, she knows the impact it can have on you.
Christina is the proud mother of three children, and a grandmother to two. Through her children she learnt so much, and knows that she did not always get things right, but anyone who knows Christina will often be heard saying “you must be very proud of how your children have turned out and the great job you did”. Christina is now passing on her learning’s to her grandchildren.
Christina knows that you can live without fear and be the happy carefree child you once were. Christina knows that when your fears and uncertainties come up it is your inner child feeling insecure and vulnerable. When you are willing to let go that is when the magic in your life happens and you can live your life as the real you with true love and connection, not only with yourself but with others as well. How can you expect to be in a loving relationship with another person if you don’t love yourself?
Christina is also the author of “A Woman’s Guide To Forgiving Infidelity” and Love Is A Rollercoaster, both available on Amazon.
Christina decided on becoming a coach after attending a weekend event back in April 2005. At this event she was forced to face up to her past childhood challenges, which had played a huge part on her life up to that time.
At the end of the event she knew exactly what her path was and that was to help others. This lead to her training to become a Master Neuro-Linguistic Practitioner(NLP), Certified Hypnotherapist, Accredited Relationship Mentor and Certified Inner Power Therapeutic Coach.
What she found when working with people is that much of how we relate to people goes back to childhood patterns and learnings.
In October 2006 she was thrown into what was probably the biggest challenge of her life. Her husband of 24 years announced he had been unfaithful regularly throughout their marriage. Christina came through this and has helped many people to get through the pain caused by infidelity and why she now works with people around their relationships.
Christina is often contacted by the media when celebrities are having relationship difficulties, especially around infidelity. Christina has been on television and radio and in many of the National Newspapers and Magazines.
All of her working life has been about working with people and helping them in one way or another. Christina is also now helping people with their health and wealth. www.go2thrive.com
